    USED THEM BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEM ON FLUSSHING RADIATOR. CALLED AND SPOKE TO ****.ASKING ABOUT FENDER FLARES FOR MY TRUCK, HE GAVE ME A PRICE PLUS 3 PERCENT IF I CHARGE THEM. I TOLD HIM I WOULD PAY WHEN THEY WERE DONE. HE TOLD ME I HAD TO CHARGE THEM TO GET THEM ORDERED. TOLD HIM I USUALLY DON,T DO THAT. BECAUSE IF THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS , IM OUT.HE SAID THATS THE ONLY WAY THEY DO THINGS. ASKED HOW LONG TILL THEY COME IN. HE SAID 3 TO 7 DAYS.ITS BEEN 9 WEEKS AND HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND WENT DOWN THERE TWICE. ASKED THEM TO CREDIT MY CHARGE AND THEY SAID ON RETURNS YOU GET STORE CREDIT. WAS NEVER TOLD THAT ON PHONE WHEN I ORDERED. WOULD NEVER USE CREDIT. . IT IS NOT A RETURN ANYWAY THEY CAN,T PRODUCE PRODUCT . NOW I KEEP GETTING RUN AROUND WHEN I CALL AND SUPOSE TO CALL BACK AND THEY DON,T

    To whom this may concern,

    *** *********** made a purchase of fender flares for his vehicle at the cost of $749.80. Because the fender flares were custom made and therefore considered a special order, a payment in full was required per company policy.  *** *********** agreed to prepay on his credit card, understanding that the product was a MINIMUM of 7-10 BUSINESS days away,  not 3 - 7 days as he had stated.

    If *** *********** took the time to see the highly visible sign on our wall, behind our register, that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, or simply refer to his copy of the invoice (in the bold print at the bottom) that all sales are final.  He would understand that  ALL sales are final.  

    Approximately in mid September, we received a charge back from his credit card company, to our merchant account, in the amount of $749.80 which represents the amount he was originally charged.

    When we reached out to *** ************ to explain to him that we had cancelled his order, because he cancelled his payment, he could not seem to comprehend the facts of this case.

    Having a cancelled payment, we had no choice other than to cancel his order.  I might also add, off the record, that I had spoken to *** *********** personally and on each occasion he presented a different demeanor, making me believe that he may not completely understand everything that has transpired.  At one point, he acknowledges receiving a refund from his credit card. At another point he does not remember receiving his refund.  Furthermore, why is he disputing an amount of $782.00 when he was only charged $749.80 and refunded the money a few weeks later. I am led to believe that this is either a scam or *** *********** may not be well. Either way, his money was refunded in full. He received our deepest apologies for not being able to fulfill his order within reasonable time even though it was against our policy. We have been a part of this community for nearly 50 years and stand by our stellar reputation.
