03/20/2024 I had him ceramic coat my car. When I got it back I noticed some scratches by the bumper and bug splatter on the hood and mirrors. So I took it back and he polished on scratches and told me the bug splatter where stone chips. Well needless to say the scratches didn't come out because they are under the coating. Frustrated I bought my own ceramic and used alcohol and polishing compound to remove his coating on the front hood and mirror. The 'stone chips' came right out. Then I called System X, the company he bought the ceramic from. They are giving me my money back for the price on the ceramic. I took my car to 2 other shops to see what could be done. It will be more expensive now to have it removed and reapplied. They both asked if I did it myself, when I told them no they said I got ripped off. They both showed me the whole car is filled with scratches he should have polished out. See the hood in these pictures, the whole car looks like this. I called him today frustrated . We argued abit and the last thing he said as I tried to have him refund my money, was I'll see you in court. I'm at wits end.

I refunded all of his money back to him. He wasn't happy and I decided it was the right thing to do.
