I am filing this complaint against ***** ******* of Unrivaled Realizations LLC for fraudulent debt collection practices in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 *** 1692e and unfair or deceptive business practices under the ************************ Act (15 USC 45). I was contacted by ***** ******* of Unrivaled Realizations LLC claiming that I owe late fees for coaching services. However, I never signed any coaching agreement, nor did I receive any services from her company. Despite this, she is falsely stating that I owe money and have threatened to send the alleged balance to collections if I do not pay within 24 hours. She wanted me to pay her $5,000 to coach me on how to make $10,000 in 30 days. When I disputed that, she said she released me from my contract (which I never signed) with the exception of late fees of $1,260. I never officially signed up with her to help me do this. There is no signed agreement - I never signed a contract or authorized any financial obligation with this company. No services were rendered - I never participated in any coaching program or received services that would justify a charge. I am concerned that this business is attempting to fraudulently collect money from me and possibly other consumers who may not be aware of their rights. I request that the BBB investigate this company for unlawful debt collection practices and take appropriate enforcement action to prevent further consumer harm. I am willing to provide supporting documentation, including emails, invoices, and written communication from the business, to substantiate my claim. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Business Response

This individual is a prevaricator and is materially misrepresenting the situation. She is doing this in an attempt to avoid honoring her written and verbal agreements with Unrivaled Realizations LLC, which has multiple testimonials from happy clients since 2018. The facts are: a) she attended our 4/18/24 1-day Money Intensive by paying for a ticket, receiving a full day of group coaching; b) on a follow up Strategy Call on 4/23/24, she agreed the $10K VIP Day (with a 25% discounted payment) was a fit for her, but she did not have available funds, but she was willing to apply for a credit card which we advised against, in order to put a down payment to hold the discount; c) during ensuing months, she received gratis coaching to support her desire to start her own HR consulting business (see attached Word docs); d) after funds became available, she indicated she was ready to start, so on 11/19/24 she was sent, and viewed, the Terms & Agreements for the $10K VIP Day along with the paylink; e) on 11/23/24 she e-signed the T&A, which is attached; f) the payment was due by 11/20/24, or a late fee would be assessed as clearly stated in the T&A; g) the T&A clearly states that there is no refund regardless of services provided; h) however, due to non-payment, on 12/14/24 she was again emailed the paylink, and on 12/23/24 when we connected by phone, she verbally agreed to pay the original amount plus late fee by 12/25/24. When that did not occur, I sent her an email releasing her from the contract except for late fees and gave her another 30 days. When late fee payment was not forthcoming, I advised her of the additional late fees but gave her 24 hours to pay to avoid them. I advised her if payment was not received within 24 hours, the full amount would go to collections.
Desired Settlement: Late fees owed.

I am rejecting this response because: I am writing to formally address the situation regarding the fees in question. Please be advised that I will not be paying any fees associated with the agreement, as there has been an issue of document forgery that cannot be overlooked.
It has come to my attention that documents, purported to bear my digital signature, were manipulated and presented in a fraudulent manner. Based on the timing and location of the digital signature, I can categorically state that I could not have signed those documents at the stated time. This constitutes a serious misrepresentation of facts, and I consider the documents in question to be forgeries.
To clarify the situation:I attended the 4/18/24 1-day Money Intensive and received a full day of group coaching, for which I paid. I can provide a credit card receipt if needed as proof of payment.
During our 4/23/24 Strategy Call, you presented the $10K VIP Day as a "great luxury" and an opportunity I should consider. However, I repeatedly communicated that I had more pressing financial matters to address and would not be investing nearly $7,000 on a program that promised to help me earn $10,000. This seemed especially unreasonable given that the material being covered was already available in books I own, and I had already begun implementing these strategies on my own, having learned from the 1-day Money Intensive that I found to be a regurgitated version of basic goal-setting and accomplishment tools that I had already encountered in the work of individuals like ***** *****.
Additionally, there have been several documented conversations where ***** used the pretext of assisting with insurance purposes to obtain sensitive personal information from me through her work with *************************** Recently, ***** tried to exploit a personal health crisis, claiming she had suffered a brain bleed and undergone emergency surgery, in an attempt to manipulate me into paying for services that were never agreed upon.
***** and Unrivaled Realizations LLC are, in my view, nothing more than a fraudulent operation. Numerous people, including myself, can attest that I repeatedly stated that I would not be paying for any such classes at this time. All documents that have been presented as signed by me are forged.
Given the fraudulent nature of the documents in question, I will not be honoring any fees or late charges associated with them. I request that you cease any further attempts to enforce payment based on these forgeries.
Please consider this communication as my formal response to this dispute. I trust that we can resolve this matter appropriately.
Regards,
Jillienne ****Business Response

This individual has no proof for her unfounded accusation of forgery, since the Terms & Agreement contract was signed using Adobe Sign from her confirmed email address, and certified by Adobe Acrobat Sign. To give her the benefit of the doubt, it's possible she mistook the Save As date on the *** provided of 11/27/24 for the e-signing date, which as stated previously is 11/26/24. I refer you to the last page of the Adobe Sign document previously supplied.
On 11/25/24 this individual also eSigned, via ***** Sign, a Notice of Disclosure which states Unrivaled Realizations LLC coaching services are not offered through, endorsed, nor recommended by ******** and are independent services. Therefore, this individual's attempt to combine other services into this issue is irrelevant and false, per her agreement. Kindly refer to attachment, and please note, this individual is not a client of those other services.
This individual is inaccurately reflecting the presentation of our services, the fee, and the contents of our 1-Day event, which was constructed from our proprietor's direct experience and proprietary discovery/creation and work. Furthermore, full credit is given and cited when we utilize others' work. The full fee for the 10K Day is $6,000, which she agreed to in writing. She also agreed to the late fees.
This individual has shared my protected medical information without my express permission, notwithstanding the fact that I did not attempt to exploit it. I communicated this to her on our 12/23/24 phone call solely to keep her informed. Clearly, I made an error in doing so.
Additionally, this individual has openly contradicted herself in first stating "nor did I receive any services from her company," in her initial 1/30/25 complaint, and on 3/5/25 stating "I attended the 4/18/24 1-day Money Intensive and received a full day of group coaching" and "During our 4/23/24 Strategy Call..." in addition to, again, misrepresenting and stating falsehoods about what was said in the Strategy Call.
Since there were no other parties present on our phone conversations relating to the 10K Day, Unrivaled Realizations LLC is curious who the "numerous people...[who] can attest..." are that are referenced by this individual. She is again making unsubstantiated and false claims.
It is unfortunate that this individual is resorting to unfounded accusations without providing dispositive proof, making multiple misrepresentations and false statements, as well as sharing of private and protected medical information without express permission. I have ample evidence of our written interactions and detailed notes of our verbal discussions.
Desired Settlement: I will offer one more opportunity to seek to resolve this situation amicably, by accepting 1/2 of the late fees, which is $693, within 15 days; otherwise, I will rescind my waiving of the Terms & Agreement contract and fee, which was at my discretion, and send the full amount to collections, which is $6,000 plus $1,386 late fees, for a total of $7,386.
