I entered into a contract to sell my property to JR Heller LLC at the end of January 2022. I was given an offer quickly and it represented the payoff amount as of February 2022. For the next few months I received no correspondence from them except that they wanted to sell my property conventionally and asked if I could make the house available to perspective buyers. I at no point did I wish to get involved in a conventional sales of this property as I had made them aware that I would be moving out of state and I needed to get out from under the mortgage on that home immediately. It's now heading into July and I'm being saddled with both the mortgage on the home they were to buy and the home I live in now. It is becoming quite a financial hardship and I do not see any relief from them at all. I entered into contract with them as home buyers not as home sellers they have been a great disappointment and have caused significant financial hardship since they have chosen to renege on their offer to buy this house at the end of January 2022/february 2022. I cannot recommend them to anyone looking to use this company to buy or sell your property. I only chose JR Heller because of their ratings with the BBB.Review from Kary Y.

I contacted this company before before the beginning of the year is the year and they said they would consider buying my hes in my house and they said they had an offer for me I never received the offer yesterday I tried calling them at least 4 times and they never returned to my call Nicole I responded to one of their Facebook ads recently Stating this and I then got a call and they basically told me that they were no longer interested is longer interested in my property. I never received an offer and as I said they would not return my calls until I went public. This is very unprofessional I was very surprised to see that they have a good Rating with a Better Business Bureau.

I have personally spoken to the client and I was able to refer him to a local realtor that can help him sell his property. We do not guarantee to purchase properties and we very politely let him know that we weren't interested in purchasing.Review from Taylor M
