    J&J originally paved my driveway in June 2022. I had to rebuild the bridge on the driveway. That section was new blacktop the rest of the driveway was paved overtop existing blacktop. I have complained from the beginning that the driveway did not cure properly. A month after the work was originally completed I was still able to peel asphalt up with my fingers in multiple spots. *********************** said it wasn't fully cured. (I said it should be fully cured it had been a month..) Fast forward to a year later to June 2023 I could still peel up asphalt with my finger. **** said it just needed to be sealed. It took J&J a full year to come and seal it. (June 2024) I have texts messages from **** admitting it is their warranty. I have text messages where he would tell me a timeframe and then they wouldn't do the work. It took 2 years to finally seal it. A month after the sealing, July 2024, and the driveway still peels up. I had a piece of plywood leaned against my stairs. There is now a giant divot in the driveway because the driveway is so soft the plywood sank into it. I can't park vehicles on the driveway because I fear it would sink into the driveway. That is how soft it is. I paid $****** for the driveway and I can't even park on it. I can't even sit a piece of plywood on it without making divots. *********************** tells me that don't make the asphalt they just lay it. Why do I get screwed if they bought junk blacktop from their vendor? I have been very patient, 2 years, but it is still not fixed. I keep getting the "we don't make the asphalt" excuse. Or it is hot out wait until it is not so hot. We always have hot days so if they admit it is because it is hot out then I will always have issues. I have run out of options and don't know how else to get them to fix their work. All I want is for them to fix this. I guess that would mean ripping up the current blacktop and redoing it but I just want it fixed. I paid ****** and can't even park on it..
