I began booked the project with a 50% deposit of $2,350 paid on March 24 toward a $4,700 total. The original project start date was March 3, but it was later rescheduled to April 21 at their requestgiving the company even more time to plan and prepare. On the morning of I received a call just one hour before the scheduled start time, stating that the assigned painter had not shown up and that the paint I had selected was unavailable.A replacement painter was sent the same day. He told us he was called in last minute, had been instructed to finish the job in 12 days, and brought in untrained helpers. He openly admitted they did not use tape, did not prep the house properly, and did not cover or protect any furniture or flooring despite this being in the contract. The crew was in my home until 12:52 AM, unsupervised while we were away. While I did tell them they could stay late since we werent home, I had no idea it would result in loud activity and disturbance to my neighbors. When we came to inspect the work, we were extremely disappointed:Holes and cracks were unpatched Old paint still visible in several rooms Entire sections were missed Paint on ceilings, trim, and molding Crooked and incomplete lines No masking, no surface protection, and no evidence of prep work Though the painter returned to try to fix some areas, many of the same issues remained.I then called the owner directly, hoping for a solution. Instead, I was met with a rude, dismissive tone. He told me that painting is messy and stress is part of the process. He refused to take any accountability for what had gone wrong and what was stated on the website was the complete opposite of what he was telling me. None of these standards were upheld. I was left feeling disrespected, emotionally overwhelmed, and exhausted. I have not slept in days due to the stress this has caused. My home is currently unlivable and I now have to complete work I paid professionals to do since I don't trust them.

In response to customer complaint ID: ******** - please see below:

After several attempts to reach the customer by phone and email, the customer returned my phone call on 5/5. While we pride ourselves in providing superior customer service and quality craftsmanship in our projects, the customer does not feel we have lived up to that standard with the repaint project of their home. We mutually agreed to meet at the property tomorrow, 5/7 at 9:00am to walk the job together and align on areas that need to be remedied to consider the job completed.

We agreed to repaint the home, to include trim which was not part of the original scope, at no cost to the customer. This was completed between 5/12 and 5/15. The customer, while not satisfied with the process, was satisfied with the outcome and that we stood by our commitment to deliver a quality product.

As of 5/15/25, the job was completed to the satisfaction of the homeowner and she has since paid in full.
