      LONG STORY SHORT, I have not said anything until now because I was giving everyone the benefit of the doubt and wanted to see how this would play out. For the first time ever in my life I bought a brand new vehicle from Kelly Buick ***. I drove it 70 days and the transmission went. It would not go into gear. Towed to Kelly on June 29th. This was after I told them it wasn't shifting right and they looked at it and said it was a bad valve I can drive it until the part came in. Was told parts were in I would have it back by July 5th or 6th. Vehicle not ready, no calls nothing.Filed a case with ***. Told no ETA on parts. New transmission parts not available. Went through the *** buyback program and was denied. *** will proceed with repairs. Even though no parts are available. Dealer offered me to trade up. Pick out any car I want we can make a deal. I pick out a vehicle $4000 more than my original. Sure we can do that. That will be $10,000. So 3 weeks my brand new vehicle sits in their lot, no ETA on parts. And they can care less. DO NOT BUY FROM KELLY BUICK ***. They did give me a loaner but not even close to what I purchased. There is a lot more to this but too much to type. Oh and they have a 4.5 rating but my 1 star review with my pictures of my brand new vehicle on a tow truck has been deleted. So is it really 4.5 stars? I only gave it 1 star because you had to give 1 to even write a review. Thanks for reading to the end!!

      I bought a car from this location FIVE YEARS ago. They continue to contact me to buy another car. I have moved states since then and no matter how many times Ive unsubscribed, blocked their numbers and even called and told them to remove me from any lists, they continue to harass me. It literally feels like stalking. Terrible way to conduct business.

      Purchased my pilot on 1-1-22 after trading in my crv. Have nothing but mechanical problems w it. In the three weeks I owned it, I changed battery, alternator, inspection (since said was done by salesman but wasnt), still have shaking problems while driving, after more than 2k paid out it still needs work done. the dealership claims car was inspected before sold but can't produce any paperwork on it. Repair orders received from their service dept states last repair from a customer was performed in 2017.
