I purchased a *********************** from this company when my husband and I were in a terrible place with our credit but I had been hit by another *********** prior van was totaled. The car has already blown a head gasket. We are left with $14k buy out from the dealer. We went to a new dealer now that our credit is better and they were able to find a loan with a bank that was willing to take the amount we owed as an upside down loan HOWEVER they ran our credit reports & could not find the ******** anywhere. Therefore the interested banks declined the loan citing they could not prove the car existed or that we were paying on it. We even pulled our own credit reports and found no indication that our car loan with them exists. I attempted calling Miracle Motors 3x and the first two no one answered (they have no direct line but called the finance option). Third time someone answered and the manager was listening in behind them. He stated they do report to Equifax and I told them we had pulled the reports and **** 33 (the new dealer) pulled the reports and the car was in fact NOT reported to Equifax. I informed him that this would be a breech of contract on their end. Then I was abruptly interrupted and asked for my number and told the General Manager would call back. At this time, I have not been called back. As this contract was breeched on the dealerships end which resulted in us being unable to get a loan to cover the asset and still obtain a functioning family car, this has hindered my family's finances tremendously. We ask that BBB help us get a written void of contract from Miracle Motors and they are welcome to take their asset back. I would ask that we are at no fault do to their breech harming our ability to pay off the loan.Additional context: The head gasket is the tip of MANY issues and thousands this van has cost for my family and when I took to their dealer mechanic he put the wrong parts on this that caused more issues (in 1 year)Customer Answer

I bought my 2011 **** escape from miracle motors in November of 2023. I brought some concerns about the vehicle to them and nothing was done. A couple months later I needed a driveshaft replacement which was done under warranty. The car had not driven properly since and I did bring that to their attention as well. Then the starter needed to be replaced and that was done but took over a month to get them to do the repair. I brought the *** back to them three separate times to let them know about the transmission issues it was having and they fixed other problems they said they have found but not the transmission. Now the car has been sitting not being able to be driven at all while I'm still making payments with no projected time frame to fix my vehicle whatsoever. I have minimal use of a spare vehicle however. They *** not offer any replacement vehicles or loaners in the meantime.Initial Complaint

You are collecting money monthly from me without upholding your reporting to all 3 credit bureau
You have been hurting my credit instead by not updating on over 422 days. My balance is over 3k less and it looks like I am behind when I'm not. This is a violation of our deal. Take the car back and wipe the remaining debt since you already made ur money 3 times over and let's move forward. Your company is a scam who sells lemons.

I bought the car from JD BUYRIDER/ CNAC / miracle motors. They have changed their names many times. I have a contract with ** and **** from the ****** Pennsylvania locationCustomer Answer

I went to a buy here pay here regrettably and bought a car from them for 4 x the price. With that, monthly reporting was part of the contract so we pay more for the car but it was supposed to help my credit. Unbeknownst to me, they have broke their contract by not updating my credit report in at least 422 days. That affects quite a bit on my end, my debt to income ratio not to mention the balance alone is 3k less. Why am I paying for something when they aren't even holding up their end of the deal. I got denied for quite a bit due to their lack of reporting as promised. Take back the car, take away the debt and let's walk away . For over a year they failed to update my credit in any way this helping it in no way. Why am I paying 3 x the value if your not holding up ur end .it's kind of 422 days too late for I'm sorryBusiness Response

Miracle Motors *** is working diligently with the credit bureau to have this issue resolved. Because of a transition of companies, credit bureau reporting was impacting. We are hopeful that this will be resolved by the end of May. Please feel free to contact the Operations manager who is located at their Reading location, and he can give you real time up to date status of this issue. We apologize for this and understand the frustration. We are also hopeful that the timeline given above will be confirmed by May 15th. Kindest Regards - Operation ManagerCustomer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically called the location and talked to the manager who didn't seem to care and told me they no longer do this. My credit report has yet to reflect the actual amount. You guys have impacted my credit for the last year what do I get for my incoviences? You call me like stalkers even tho I pay earlyWorst company ever. Please take back ur car you have already damaged my credit and lied and failed to do what u stated in our agreement . If I didn't pay for a year you would repo the car. You haven't updated anything so in my opinion you have breeched our contract. Why should I suffer the consequences of inaccurate debt because you changed your name. It's not my problem you changed your name.. I've contacted the attorney general and an attorney as well
I was denied credit cards due to YOUR inaccurate reporting which again was why I was paying more to begin with. 422 days is unacceptable the whole point of me paying more was to ensure my credit was going to be getting better and instead you failed to do your part of our agreement. I'm sorry you didn't follow through on your end. It's over a year and when I brought it to ur attention the manager at Emmaus BYRIDER or miracle motors was a jerk about it and got nasty with me. Take back the car, clear the debt and lets go our seperate ways. I'm sorry you choose not to abide by our agreement.

Date of transaction: listed on the invoice. The car shop named by rider in reading pa also known as miracle motors now promised to pay the dealer Tino for 100% of part and labor listed on the warranty contract. There was a verbal agreement between me, Tino, and **** from the service tech department ext.(2) and director ***** for approval for the car needs listed on the warranty since august when the car broke down. The car still hasn't been with me for a whole year and had problems when they sold it to me. i spoke to director ****** about 3 weeks ago(December 2th to Dec 16th) contacted them for the water pump and got approval and she promised me that the water pump was covered but when i call the the following week about it being done so they could send the money to Tinos auto shop they refused and told me every excuse possible to not pay. i want the job to be finished i am also responsible for other parts and labor not included on the contract plus i need to pay the car lease and insurance and maintenance and wheels. My main concern is that director ****** promised it would be paid(water pump) it was broken making the car overheat and now they saying its past the miles, that they needed proof from the begging that the car needed the parts (didn't state that until the car was done) its out of state, that its to much money for them to pay, that its not their fault, that the mechanic broke it, i got tired of listening to excuses. its on the contract and i would like for them to comply. even ***** automotive shop knows they promised payment for this specific job. Tinos shop did the job since they got confirmation from by rider and promised for payment once the car was done since august. now the car is done 100% but they cant give it to me until the water pump is payed by by rider. email me for any questions ************************* attached is the invoices and the warranty contract for 100% parts and labor listed.Business Response
