      We have had trash and recycling service with this company for over a decade. In the last 9 months, our weekly services have been missed, sometimes for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. When we reach out to customer service, the call is never answered. There is no communication via email or other means to let us know when they will be collecting the missed trash, so our bins stay at the top of our driveway indefinitely, causing us to walk our trash and recycling up our long driveway because there is no where else to put it. The lack of communication and unknown pick up schedule has become a great inconvenience. For a service that is supposed to remove rotting food waste and all other unsanitary items that a household creates, it is a borderline unhealthy situation, especially once the weather warms up. We are unable to get through to someone who can cancel our service which would allow us to switch to a responsible company.

      We are contracted for weekly trash services. They skip us some weeks. They tell us we are to be picked up Tuesday then we get a text it will be picked up Wednesday then Wednesday for Thursday then Thursday for Friday and sometimes it gets picked up and sometimes it never does. But they wont reimburse us for missed weeks.

      This trash company is horrible. The recycling is to be picked up every other week, it has been 4 weeks, trash pick up frequently late, We have just been throwing away recycling. When you call their business..all you get is there are 40 + calls ahead of you I sat for a hour and still 32 ahead of you. I am paying for a service they are not providing. I will not renew their service.. they **** beyond words

      We have a trash pickup agreement with this company. They have neglected to pickup our trash for 4 weeks, including recycling. Our account is paid in full and we have called to complain several times with no response.

      I am trying to cancel service with AJ Blosenski. Their service (residential trash pickup in *************, **) has become increasing erratic for the past year +. We are supposed to have weekly pickup; we haven't had any service since February 9, 2024. We have filled out their online form for cancellation (last week) and they never called, as they said they would. I just sat on hold with them for over an hour to cancel, and when they got to my call, no representative answered - they just shoved me straight to voicemail. This is a common problem with customers in our area. We paid for service through the first quarter; we want a refund for the remaining of the quarter, starting 2/09/2024, the date of our last trash pick up. We want the service cancelled, immediately.

      This trash company has been late or missed collections once in a while for a couple of months now but at this point they have not collected our trash for the last two weeks and now they are saying it will not be collected until this coming Friday. Yet they are proudly announcing on their website that they has just purchased another trash company while they cannot service their current customers. I have paid for weekly trash pickup but that is not happening. You cannot reach them by phone and voice messages go unanswered.

      We pay them to pick up trash and the keep missing week after week and this pass month as of Jan 29th have not had trash picked up going on 5 weeks. They don't reply to phone calls or emails. They don't let you go to their office. Your on hold for hours not minutes hours and you get to caller 1 and they just hang up or put you to voice mail. Trash is over flowing on street They send out text saying they will pick up next trash **** and don't. Have animals starting to hang out in the trash.

      We have been paying this company quarterly for trash pickup. Many weeks we have received text messages saying that your trash will be picked up late, the next day, and our trash still would not get picked up. But we let it go, no big deal, stuff happens. Except now, the month of February, we had one pickup, ONE!! Our pickup day was Tuesday. I received a text on 2/1 saying that our trash pick up day will be changed to Friday, and have your trash out 2/8 for 2/9 pickup so there was no trash pickup since 1/30. 2/9 our trash got picked up. I then go onto their website because my trash on 2/16 was not picked up and it said that it will be delayed one day.. so I left the trash out. 2/17 came and nobody picked up my trash. Trash never got picked up so I called blosenski, 2/19, I was caller #** (which goes to show how many customers theyve been doing this to) I waited on hold for over an hour. I finally got to someone, and said, hi yes I would like to know why my trash hasnt been picked up? You were supposed to pick up Friday then I got a text saying Saturday and not its Monday and my trash is still out there.. I was told yeah I dont know. Itll be picked up Friday. You dont know? Who does know?? Im not sure, you want me to forward you to management? Yeah, sure, straight to voicemail, left a message Monday and have yet to hear back. I then received a text on Monday 2/19 saying there has been a delay and your trash will be picked up on 2/23.. And guess what, my trash was not picked up, I have three weeks of trash at my curb, but guess what, theyve already been paid, so I paid for a service Im not receiving, how is this acceptable? I cant get a refund because it has already been paid. There is no service and absolutely no customer service. My husband called Friday, after it not getting picked up (2/23) yet again, he was caller #**, he finally got through after about an hour on hold and it was an answering machine.

      ************** has missed 3 weeks of residential trash pickup and one week of recycling, since January 19th 2024. Pickups were missed on 1/19/24, 2/16/24, and 2/23/24. When calling the business, they promise that a pickup will occur, and state they will not credit for missed pickups. Payment for service is taken in advance and paid ****** per quarter. I have paid for services which they are not providing. I have had to purchase additional cans to hold all of the trash that continues to sit at my curb due to the failure of service. I would like to be credited for the 3 missed pickups.
