    Spent ********* AND Do NOT Have a finished project or Material to finish project. Started with the Fall 2022 Contract/Payment $11,500.00 for Material To Be Delivered by March of 2023 by Falls City Lumber/Builder Supply, nothing was ever delivered then construction started in May 2023 and another payment was requested on June 13, 2023 of $5,750.00 - and still NO Material Delivered, The contractor was at our home from May 2023 - till August 2023 Periodically ********************** each time and a truck with material sporadically.Entire Project Failed ALL Inspections AND Contractor Has Now Caused Damage to Existing Home Structure and Damage to the Structure and ALL MY New Material he was using.Entire Project IS NOT Safe and needs done again, The House Roof Is Also Leaking! I know it a lot of poor workmanship - but He Took Our Money and did not even do what was to be done. He Still Out There Doing It To Other People and I am out the money and now still have to fix everything. I have Another Contractors Inspection I have the State Inspectors Report Both Say this Guy Should be held responsible to pay me back to get the work done but I don't know if I can even afford fighting to get it because he stole so much of our money for the non work he did - He gives contractors a bad name! I don't know who to trust, why do contractors have to have insurance if they are not responsible for their mistakes!?I think he should be held responsible to replace the New Product He Damaged that needs replaced.
