    on December 4th I contracted with Executive Branch Tree services to remove a dead oak tree and grind up the stump along with the removal of two other dead trees. On Tuesday, December 5, the trees were removed, and the owner ****** ****** stated the stump would be removed the following week. The bill was paid in full on the same day the trees were taken down. Since then, no one from Executive Branch Tree services has been back to complete the stump removal as agree to and documented in the original proposal. I have attempted to contact *** ****** both by phone call, with messages left and by text message and have received no response at all. I would like to either have the job completed as agreed, or be refunded the amount for the stump removal of large maple tree
