    The contract **** from. (MBP Contracting) came to my house and request half of the payment upfront to purchase materials. April 10. Payment: $3,175.00 - Cash in bank parking lot.The next day, he requested an extra amount because it wasnt enough for the materials. April 11. Payment: $1,125.00 - Cash App Payment.He changed the start date because the materials werent available. So we cancelled the service. Cancelled on April 12.Contacted **** over 5 times about my refund. He didnt even know how much he was supposed to ********* assuming hes using fake business license and insurance. ********** recommended him as a Pro through their Pro referral service but they cant get in touch with MBP Contracting and theyre not responsible for the refunded amount. All they did was suspend MBP Contracting from their program.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by ************************** regarding complaint ID ********. This honestly makes me really sad and stressed. Im trying to handle it, but its been a lot to carry
