    Started with company few months ago and they r not picking up my garbage since the beginning and now they haven't picked it up in 5 weeks now call everyday and they lie to me

    This resident has been putting her trash in WM cans, we do not service competitors containers and the resident was advised of this on two separate occasions.  We will cancel her account.

    Not picking up trash. Have had to call weekly to request they pick up trash before they will come out. Paying for a service that is not being managed by the company.

    This customer was a customer of ours for a little over 2 years, however, We sold our company to Earthwise Enviromental on 06-01-2025 and no longer have access to this or any of our other customers. Our customers were told that we are no longer in service and that we sold out to another company to which we've provided their contact information. Due to the new company taking over, the customer wanted to have reimbursement of her payment assuming that she would no longer continue being serviced, however Earthwise has continued servicing all of the customers needs, just not under the name of ****** * Disposal.  The company now in charge is Earthwise Enviromental located at  ********************************,*********, PA ***** and ******************************************************************.  ****** * Disposal is no longer in service.

    At the request of this customer, the account has been cancelled.  Bigs Sanitation has never billed this customer or has collected any monies from this customer.  If you have any questions please contact me.
