    We purchased a motorcycle in December 2022. Shortly after we used this ************** to process the registration, which collected $478. Temporary tags were provided , and a registration would be coming in the mail.No registration, or title ever came. And our temporary tags only lasted a few months. Since then, we have not been able to come to a resolution, and the notary has not been able to complete this process. We would like it to either be completed , so that we have title, plate and registration. OR Full refund, and title provided back to us so that we can go to another Notary.

    Purchased a 2012 dodge grand caravan by a private seller. Went to PA tag and title in October 2023. Recieved a pink slip. They told. Us, if we did not recieve a title by January *********************************************************************************************************************** DOT. Then they don't call back after numerous phone calls and leaving messages. Then we call back and their answering machine indicates they were closed February 4 and 5. We call back on February 8th, 2024 and the answering machine says closed February 9th to February 24th. Called February 26th with again no call back. Left a message, no call back. On the pink slip, the plate number and PA title was wrong. This plate is out of state.Called PA DOT and they are seeing what they can do. No one ever called them from that business.We bought that van, did all of the repairs. Put full coverage on it and can't drive it because it is not ours. We are both on disability and feel this is discrimination and they took our money. We don't know what to do short of a magistrate. PA DOT said we must have to pay again to registration again
