    I am writing regarding my recent order 938169724($149.56). The package was marked as de**vered. However, I have not received the order. I did not receive any de**very call or SMS notification either. I already explained this situation via email, but iHerb said is not their responsibi**ty and that I should contact the shipping company directly. This is unreasonable, as the shipping company was arranged by iHerb, not by me. I have no contractual relationship with the carrier, and it is not possible for me to resolve this matter with them directly. As your customer, I expect ********************** to take responsibi**ty and do a fully refund to me($149.56) I appreciate your prompt attention and look forward to your resolution.Sincerely,Chudan **

    I need to manage my subscriptions but website and app dont work. I tried to contact the company but there are no direct contacts and website and app dont work

    I tried using the app as you suggested but it is not working, the Contact us and the Autoship and save sections are both not working, they would dot not open up. 

    I want to stop and undo all my Autoships orders in place.

    Purchased some vitamins and received the incorrect items (lotions/skincare products), requested a return, sent the incorrect items back and now its almost a month later and Im still going back and forth with different representatives and no refund. I have proof of the incorrect items, and that the return was received and still nothing. Im always following up and theyre giving me the runaround to issue my refund.

    i made a purchase with this company as to use my card for payment as to order # *********////935983814 two orders as to say that was delivered to my address as to a photo snap photo as to come later in week to see no pkg was at my door. yet to contact only email; no phone # to look into where my pkg reply from **** was to tell me that it was sent as to a signed for as to a person who came at my door as i was never home so to tell me there will be no refund or exchange to contact the driver that this company sent i have sent email after email still refused to do anything.
