    This is the letter I sent Mr. ***** He has not made restitution.May 28, 2025 Mr. **** **** **** ******* Service, LLC ************************************************************************* Re:CONTRACT CANCELLATION ****************** letter is provided pursuant to PA Contract Law which allows a contract/agreement to be cancelled with seventy-two (72) hours. We entered into an agreement on May 27, 2025, and this letter will cancel that agreement. Pennsylvanias Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law gives me specific rights concerning contracts for goods and services, including my right to change my mind. The PA statute known as my Right to Rescind or the Cooling Off Rule is applicable in this instance.Please return the $3,678.00, check # **** (*********************, N.A.) I provided you within twenty-four (24) hours receipt of this letter. If the funds are not returned in full, Ill be filing a complaint with:******************************* ********************************************** As well with:Better Business Bureau *************************************** I hope this can be resolved amicably without resorting to filing these complaints.Sincerely,*************************

    0n may 25th 2025 I was working on n briarwood  when I was approached by a lady who was looking for someone to perform work on her mobile home . At that time I set up a time convenient to both party's. On May 28 I arrived at said address and at this point gave an estimate to do skirting around mobile home. I picked up deposit informed her its a third party supply dealer and headed out for supply's.  Drop the supply's at said address to start job the following day. When I woke up the next day my client was coarse d  in to canceling our contract by some lady named ****. So I reminded her it was a no return policy the supply's are hers to keep. I walked away. She has her supply's if she ever changes her mind
