    I have bought parts here that I never received which they refuse to give me the money back for, they say I owe them money for a vehicle I gave them as a trade in, they sold me a car with no title and continue to tell me they dont have it and its with pendot, said car was sold to me with undisclosed issues, including mold that caused me to have an asthma attack, when I have tried to solve the issue myself and said if we couldnt come to some sort of agreement I would have to file a complaint and that I consulted an attorney they have told me that they would sick 5 attorneys on me

    As for the vehicle he is asking for part money back on, all parts associated with the vehicle went with the vehicle as per the bank repossessed it.  As he was told.


    The vehicle he purchased from us was bought as is, the issues it had were disclosed to him at the time of purchase and the vehicles price was dropped to reflect the known issues.
    The $5500 he says he invested went towards his personal vehicle purchases, a celica, a ******, and he also purchased a ********* never made a payment on it, the returned it with $20,000 of damage to it, if there was any money left we would have to apply it to the Maserati for repairs..  The vehicle he traded can not be titled. If he would like that vehicle back it would be $17,000 that was given in trade in credits.

    No one threatened Mr. ******** in any manner. I was the one that let him know that **** has several attorneys on retainer, as most business do. That was said to him as a friend I was trying to make him aware that it would not be an easy case. We have gone over everything with Mr. ********* no one is out to get him. Every ***** was accounted for we will not be issuing a refund for anything.  We are willing to discuss taking the Lancer back if that is what he would like to do.

    Dear ********************* ****** was made fully aware that this vehicle needed some work. He was told from the beginning this was the owner's personal limo that was scheduled to come into the shop for body work and some other minor repairs. For the price Mr. ****** purchased it for, the vehicle was sold AS-IS. As far as the floorboards falling out, that was not an issue while it was here. We are not sure of what he has done with the vehicle since the time of purchase which was 3mo. ago now. We will not be offering a refund of any sorts, the vehicle was purchased as is.

    i am not asking nor, requesting a full refund, But a sum of $1500 of the $4500, inwhich i gave the Company in good faith

    but yet this company once again, misrepresented ,the vehicle,with it's mileage and being water damaged,as the company had to have, noticed this has they

    As for the mile discrepancy Mr. ****** is complaining about, he was given the correct information, the vehicle is exempt and it  was stated chassis has about, 150 k while the engine has 63k. The odometer says ******, this being the reason it is exempt!

    At the end of October 2023 my truck was becoming unreliable I called a scrap yard and they offered $900 for it. In the meantime my girlfriend found this place online. *** said he could get me a loan no worries. We did the paperwork, had to wait until tje next day to take car of insurance but drove away that day (last sat in oct) in a 2010 **** *******. We had the **** all of Nov when speed tech called and informed me that *** (Who had just quit by text) had used false information to secure the loan including telling the bank that I had a part-time job and submitting to them handwritten pay stubs that I knew nothing about. Now I have no loan, no ****, no truck, no money and a slew of drs appointments for both myself and family and no way to get to them. Can someone please tell me what I should do? And will this affect my credit, do you know?

    This was a deal that was put thru as a bank deal, the credit application (attached) that provides ****************** income was signed by him and submitted to the bank. He was then was approved and able to take the vehicle at that point. The salesmen sent the deal paperwork to the bank, at that point the bank took over and ended up rejecting the deal because they could not verify his employment. We then had to ask ****************** to return the vehicle, we allowed him to keep the vehicle for about a week longer due to his Doctors appointment. Unfortunately we were unable to get him another vehicle for lack of down money, We had already scraped his vehicle and had given him a check for $500 for his truck which we only received $331.20 (attached). This should not affect ****************** credit, for the deal never went thru.

    I purchased a 2004 ******** *** on August 5th 2022 from Speed Tec OEM & Performance LLC for $3800, which was paid in full in cash on that day. It has now been 7 months and 8 days as of today and I still have not received the title to my vehicle. By law in PA, they have 20 days to file for it and 30 days to furnish my title to me. I have reached out them (******* and *****) numerous times to find out where it is, and I have just been given excuse after excuse. They also have had to give me 3 different temporary registrations as they expired. Along with changing my purchase date each time, which I have all the paperwork to show. I have been in contact with Penndot regarding this matter as well and was told me, as of today that no paperwork has ever been submitted or filed that they could see, in my name with my vehicles VIN number.
