            I placed an order with Crayola on 09/04/2021. I order 7 Colors of the World 48 pg. Coloring Books and 10 Crayola Anti-Dust 12-Ct. boxes of chalk. They arrived on or about 09/16/2021. My order arrived very poorly packed. There was nothing in the box to prevent anything in the box from moving or being damaged except 4 large packing bubbles that were sitting in the box on top of the items. There were no packing peanuts or bubble wrap around or in between the boxes of chalk. There was a total of 3 boxes of chalk that had damaged chalk pieces inside. There was 1 box with 2 damaged pieces of chalk, 1 box with 3 damaged pieces of chalk, and 1 box with 6 damaged pieces of chalk. I contacted Crayola immediately. A rep named Karen responded seeking pictures as proof of damaged. The pictures were sent. Crayola is sending another box of chalk but as of today, the request is pending. There was no overnight option offered to me. I told them that this was unacceptable. I have not received a response.

            I have lived at SantaFePlace attached to Crown Ctr. (KCMO) & shopping Crayola for years with my grandkids. Last weekend, I had a horrible exp. I shopped with my grandkids for 1/2+hrs., brought the items to the counter. 1st the male sales rep. was completely rude. After ringing everything up 200$ worth, I asked for my 10% discount because I live there. He didn't know about that which I have received before. Then would not take my son's card, which I have used there before-same name -his kids. He called the manager over & she was worse. So you lost a 200$ sale, the folks working there are inexperienced & mean. I went to Toy Time a few doors down, got my discount AND they took my son's card. These employees were extremely unprofessional & rude to my 3 & 5yr. olds & made them cry. What a horrible experience!
