      Rick H****** is like an uncle that I never had who looks after absolutely everything I could possibly need while I'm there including buying a car. I am still in love with my Kia Soul car. It feels like driving a 1960s station wagon and is bigger on the inside than I thought.

      I want to thank Justin for being very hospitable and knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase of my 2017 Nissan Altima. He was very patient and helped me make the final decision. I would recommend him to anyone. I also want to thank Matthew for guiding us through the maze of paperwork. I never could have purchased the Nissan without the help of these two gentlemen. They are keepers!

      Went to Lancaster Toyota to look for a new car. We were met by Dorota and she showed us a RAV4. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car. We took a test drive and decided that we would like to purchase a RAV4. She informed us that there was a car coming that was what we wanted and we put a deposit on it. We picked up the car last week and are very happy with it. Dorota was very helpful showing us all the details. Extremely happy with our decision.

      John was very friendly & helpful when it came to purchasing a Toyota RAV4 for our daughter who is a United States Marine & currently stationed in California. She wanted us to purchase the car at home (Pennsylvania) since it would cheaper than buying one in California. After getting a notarized Power of Attorney letter from her, we were able to sign everything directly into her name & not have to do any transfers & pay more fees once we arrived in California with her car. Her registration & car title all arrived in her name, which made it very convenient for us. Working with Matthew B**** to complete the paperwork went very smooth & was easy. I would highly recommend Lancaster Toyota for a vehicle purchase. John & Matthew were both great to work with!

      Roberto V****** could have not been more helpful in helping me to decide on my vehicle purchase. He took the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. His follow up and assistance in getting my trade taken care of and even assisted me in transferring my stuff to my new Rav4. The whole process, guided by Roberto, was seamless and efficient. Roberto and the rest of the sales team reflect great credit on Lancaster Toyota. I would recommend Roberto in a heartbeat to anyone in need of an auto purchase!
