              April 26 2021 the work on our deck was started. We had received a bid to have 25 boards replaced for 850 dollars. Only 13 boards were used leaving us with many places in need of repair. The boards that were installed were either not nailed or the studs were missed. All of the old boards and extra pieces were thrown under the deck. When I pointed out the missed places I was told to stop nit-picking. I did not feel comfortable with him and did not want a confrontation. I have since had to find all the missing nail areas to correct and purchase lumber to do the job myself. Also have to crawl under the deck and use a rake to try to recover the trash. Half the job was completed, but very poorly and all the trash was left. Would like to think that a refund of around 500 would be acceptable.

              I contacted *** and he came to my home to give me an estimate on repainting my bathroom cabinets and reconnecting plumbing after new counter tops were installed. I accepted his estimate without question and told him I would order the counter tops and sync myself to his calendar to get the job done. He did tell me he was busy but he could do the job. I ordered the counter tops from ********** and contacted him to get on the calendar. He did not return my first 3 calls but did respond to my text as follows..."I am extremely busy and not sure IF and when I would be able 2 get 2 u...Good Luck". He is unreliable and caused me the probability of losing my deposit on my order. If he couldn't do the job...just tell me at the time of the estimate...not **** me around with "I can fit you in" then say "Good Luck". On the surface he's a nice guy... I'll use his words to anyone who is considering hiring him........GOOD LUCK!
