    Hello *****
I wasnt going to respond to this complaint, b/c my lawyer advised me to file a defamation of character lawsuit against this individual for lying deliberately against me.

I should also make mention, that we recently received $250 from the insured via cash app as payment for new insurance.

That tells me that he holds nothing against me.

I dont treat these matters personally.  I am going to respond to you and show you how this transaction went.

    Problem one:
he went into my account and paid his self
    Response
We can only charge account from insurer with customer permission by signing docs approving this.
    Attached those.

Typically,we make payment (agent draft) and then collect from customer that amount in cash (cash equivalent).

We paid $1643 in cash.  We received just $500 from the client.  We then on 11/19/2024 correct the draft amount by subtracting what was not yet received ($435.13+700.01).  That total of A/R is $1135.13.

$1643-$1135.13 is $508.00 (the total amount received) see attached 3.
Please ignore the $300 at top of attached 3 sent end of December- he has reapplied for another insurance and paid cash $300.00

Bottom line is this, we received just $500 from customer for his insurance.
He still owes National General $1700.00
