    The bagels were OK. I thought I ordered 1 six pack, but inadvertently ordered End. we didn't need 12 bagels for 2 of us. They had not been shipped yet when I called customer service to cancel the second 6 pack. The lady was as helpful as a dead duck. Don't expect an order from me ever again.
