            date of transaction 05/13/21. They did not install the Roof to industry standards. Roofing by Bruce put some kind of blue foam on the roof, then they put the Ice shield on top of the foam. the Ice shield has a film with an adhesive that is supposed to be removed and is to adhere to the plywood. The film was not removed and with the foam creating a barrier the Ice shield cannot adhere to the plywood. When the ice forms in the winter it will melt and I will get water damage. I told them ( Roofing by Bruce) about this and they denied there is a problem with the installation. I have done roofing when I was younger and I know that they messed my Roof job up. They also installed the flashing incorrectly. There should have put 1 flashing per coarse of shingles. They ran all of the flashing then put the Shingles on top. This will send the water under the shingles and cause a leak also destroying my Plywood and my sheetrock. I paid 22,937.00 for this botched job.

            Horrible experience, I wanted sun tunnels with LED lights. First mistake I gave them a check in advanced and they cashed it right away. I was told by Mario Ruggeri, recommended by velux that after the check cleared they would come out in two weeks. I let a month passed by no call. I called them and was told they would be out in 2 weeks. Long story short it took them almost 2 months after my check cleared for them to come out. The 2 guys that came out was very pleasant but had the wrong part and I did not receive 1 of my LED lights.. I was promised they would come out and put them in. This was in 2021, when I look up at the sun tunnels all I see is light and bugs in both sun tunnels.
