Hardware malfunciton due to manufacturer defect can be returned within 30 calendar days with receipt and all product components included in any kits at the time of purchase.
Returns & exchanges will not be processed for any device if visible damage due to neglect and/or product manipulation is found, or a Cloud Chemist is satisfied with device performance & functionality.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied on all returns and exchanges after 7 days.
