We are a Full-Service Home Inspection Company. Our scope is providing a thorough evaluation from roof to foundation and all mechanical systems, completed in a professional, meticulous fashion, with a full written report normally delivered the same day. We provide these services for residential, commercial, and multi-unit structures. It also includes Pre-Listing inspections, on behalf of a home seller to inform them of conditions that could affect a Buyer's decision. In this market, we also provide Post-Settlement inspections for home owner's that were 'pressured' into waiving a pre-purchase inspection. Additionally, we provide Radon, Water, and Wood Destroying Insect inspections. Also available for 'Specialty Inspections.'
