On approximately February 10th, 2022 I dropped on all of my tax information, personal information and a blank/voided check at Patricia's Drums pa office. In the following days I've received several messages, via my partners phone number, to confirm additional information. On February 24th, 2022 my taxes were complete and I paid $80 cash for the service. Upon picking up my filed tax report I was suspicious of the amount in the return. A week later i checked on the status of my return to find out it was in fact, incorrect. In addition she also did not use my provided check for the direct deposit option but instead the *** was mailing me a paper check. Two weeks after that discovery I also learned that she provided them with an old address of mine and my refund check was then returned to the ***. This was the first time i used her service and she has done nothing to help me fix this situation. Had she just looked through my file correctly none of this would have happened. I want her to help me fix this tax mess that she created. It is currently April 20th 2022 and I still have not received my refund or any assistance from her office. Not only did she preform her job incorrectly but she also refuses to take accountability and repair these issues.
