      This company should not have an A+. After the sales person, **** ********, signed the agreement on my behalf (certainly not above board) I had to deal with the fiasco of them showing up in July when they were scheduled to come in September. The tree install people showed up before the tree removal. No one had a clue. Every person I talked to assured me it was scheduled for July. But now that they just showed up, they needed to get the trees in or they would die. Undoubtedly, they were just trying to move stock. I know this because they called me earlier in the ordeal to try and move things along faster because they had trees that they needed to move. Not my problem. We're scheduled for September. They showed up anyway. Go figure, two of the trees ended up dying from shock. Now **** refuses to accept my calls. He took the first one, said he'd call back, and now ignores all calls from me. The other people I spoke with indicated that remediating the issue was Bills call because he is the seller on the account. Sales people in charge of warranty dispute. That's not a conflict..Bottom line, no one I've interacted with through the first quote until today has had a clue what they're doing. And ****, specifically, has lied numerous times throughout the process and now is trying to hide. At one point, in an effort to convince me to accept the trees in July, he said he would have someone water them, since I was going to be gone for two weeks. Hence the reason we scheduled later in the year. ****. Didn't do that either. And again, all of this starts with **** signing the contract. Not me. I literally have that in writing. Do not work with this company .

      Mr. ******** thank you for the review and the opportunity to review this circumstance. On 10/6 I believe you spoke with our sales manager. To address the issues as I see them that you talked about with them: 1) You stated that you were having problems signing the estimate and asked **** to accept the estimate on your behalf. We do not typically like to do this, but on occasion when in writing with the customer we will. 2) It does appear that the timing for this job was done incorrectly, as you did not specifically request July, and typically we recommend planting in the early Fall. However, we do not store inventory that we, "need to push", we order from nurseries on a job-by-job basis. 3) Another arborist was sent out, who assessed the trees as under-watered, likely exacerbating the problem of the inappropriate planting time. 4) **** did not respond to numerous phone calls of yours, nor did he escalate the issue to the sales manager or general manager. I am truly sorry for the problem, and I believe a resolution to re-plant the two dead trees was reached. Our salesman collectively have conducted training on this particular case as an example of poor customer ********************** and follow-through. I believe we have a plan for amicable resolution but if that is not the case, please call ************ and ask for the sales manager directly, as he'll be tracking this resolution personally.
