    I ordered an album online with credit card payment. I was informed I would receive an email when the order was processed. I received no emails from the company but my credit card was charged for the product. I emailed them 5 times over a week period without response. As no phone number was accessible for the business, I contacted my back to file a claim. After 3 weeks of sending emails, I finally received one from the company. It was short and didn't respond to the concerns i sent in my previous 5 emails. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and to refund my credit card. All I got in response was "you product is back ordered and might not be available til the end of oct. I responded that I was never informed it was on back order and that I would have never ordered it at the time if I knew that my card would have been charged until it was available. I know have not been contacted with any further response or cancellation. Please do not do business with this company as they are just shy of fraudulent.
