    We have only used McMackin Mechanical to service our ********** mini split hvac since it was installed. The wall unit in our bedroom started making a loud noise after a routine service, so we called them for repair and the technician found a piece of the filter housing had cracked off and was hitting the fan. He removed it and said it was very difficult to get out of the unit. Shortly after that visit, it began to drip significantly on the wall and floor. We asked to come out again and he basically cleaned the filter that had just been cleaned and vacuumed the drain plumbing from the unit and said it was ok. It continued to leak, and still does, but then they refused to come out again. I called another company **** the Plumber) who diagnosed the issue immediately as a cracked housing, sent pictures, and stated the prior technician had likely broken it, recommending I call McMackin back to inform them. To date they have responded twice via text after my calls and then just stopped responding. I had even offered to pay half of the repair just to get it fixed, no response. The unit itself is about 6 years old. We had no issues with it prior to their servicing it.
