      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Phase 4 regarding their roofing services. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I hope to bring this matter to your attention for resolution.After receiving assurances from ****, a representative of Phase 4, that his team could resolve a leak in my roof, I hired them for the job. They arrived promptly but completed the work in under an hour, charging me $2,500, ostensibly for replacing just a few shingles (please find the invoice attached). Despite my reluctance, I paid this amount hoping to avoid further issues for the remainder of the season. Unfortunately, the leak did not go away.Since then, I have had multiple visits from the crew, but they have consistently performed only minimal work. The team often blames external factors, such as debris, instead of addressing the root cause of the leak. Two years later, the roof is still leaking significantly. I also encountered deceptive behavior from ****. Most recently, I spoke with service representative ******, who repeatedly uses the word "unfortunately" to dismiss my concerns. They refuse to stand by the subpar and overpriced work they ************ addition to my dissatisfaction with the service, I have documented evidence of their inadequate work, including photos showing poorly installed shingles behind broken siding. I feel that my experience can only be described as fraudulent.Given these circumstances, I urge you to assist in facilitating a resolution with Phase 4. I want to ensure that no other customers go through what I have experienced. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Attached: Invoice and photos of the work performed.

       UPON INSPECTION OF ROOF, PHASE 4 CONTRACTING FOUND THAT THE ROOF HAD SIGNIFICANT WHERE AND DAMAGE. HOMEOWNER WAS NOTIFIED AND AWARE OF CONDITION OF ROOF. THE HOMEOWNER WAS TOLD ROOF SHOULD BE REPLACED, BUT AT THAT TIME HOMEOWNER ONLY WANTED TO DO REPAIR REPAIRS. HOMEOWNER WAS TOLD THE REPAIRS/REPLACING DAMAGE SHINGLES MIGHT NOT STOP LEAK AND WE CANNOT WARRANTY REPAIR DUE TO CONDITION OF ROOF. REPAIR WAS DONE TWO YEARS AGO AND NEVER HAVE WE RECEIVED A CALL BACK UNTIL NOW.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Phase 4 failed to address the issue at hand. They never informed me that the roof required replacement; instead, they assured me they could resolve the problem. The inadequacy of their roof repairs became evident only during rainfall, and I reported each instance to them. In one case, their proposed solution was for me to clear debris from the roof, despite there being minimal debris present. This tactic was employed multiple times, seemingly to extend the timeline of the work completed. I believe this was done intentionally to avoid accountability for the quality of their work. I have recently asked then to come out and fix the problem, for which they now refuse.
