Back in March, 2022, I took a rug (runner-2.6 x 8.9) to Signature Cleaners. They in turn sent the rug to another source for cleaning. Several weeks later the cleaning was complete and I was charged $82.68. It was not opened for me to see the result and I did not request that be done, I just took it home. Once it was home I did not open the wrapping since it would not be used for several months. Major renovations were being done on my home. Around the month of June renovations were still going on but I decided to unwrap the rug to look at it. What I saw and smelled was unbelievable. Half of the rug was partially cleaned and it smelled like dog. When I called Signature Cleaners and explained the situation, the manager would not send it back to his outside source nor would he refund any money. This has been a long time to reach out to the BBB but it has been eating at me.
