    On 8/22/22 Rickie Urquhart appliance repair service came to our home to evaluate our double oven which was randomly turning off. He stated that we would need to replace both sensors and the parts would cost $490. We paid for the parts via check and and Rickie stated it would be 1 week for the parts. I contacted Rickie multiple times from Oct-Nov via text message and phone calls and he said parts were not in yet and he would call. Additionally he had asked me for the invoice number which I texted him on multiple occasions. (See photos& dates below-this is in addition to phone calls) In another phone call I told Rickie if the parts were not on in by Thanksgiving we would like a refund as we needed the double oven for the holidays. He said he would contact me, he did not. We purchased a new double oven Nov.27,2022 and I contacted Rickie that we would like a refund since the parts never came and thats what we originally paid for upfront and that we had purchased a new double oven as we were using the stovetop since the dbl oven was not working at all anymore. My husband and I had called, texted Rickie multiple times re: refund for the part but Rickie never followed up , returned our calls. When my husband did finally get a hold of him, Rickie stated he would mail us our refund for our parts. That was over two weeks ago and we are still awaiting our refund for parts $490 which were never received. We would appreciate your assistance resolving resolving this matter as soon as possible. Thank you!
