    On 9/16/2025, **** (the owner) and I met at his shop to discuss the repair that would be done to my camper. A panel was bowed and detached. **** was to pull the panel back straight and reattach it. We discussed that the shop rate was $190/hr and that if I brought $1,500 cash he would begin work immediately.I left my camper at the shop and went to the local bank to withdraw $1,500 for the repair. I brought **** the $1500 and paid him up front before any work was done. I left the shop around 10:30am. **** texted me at 2:30pm, "your camper is done". I arrived back at the shop at 9:30pm on 9/16/2025 and fully inspected the work that was done. I took many pictures and videos before moving my camper which show that the agreed-upon repair was not completed. The damaged panel was still extremely bowed. About 10 new screws were installed by **** through the panel, but they didn't "grab" anything to hold the panel straight. No glue was used to hold the panel straight. When confronted with picture and video evidence, **** denied any wrongdoing, denied that it was possible he made a mistake, and instead said "something or someone pulled it apart, whatever happened when you picked it up not responsible". I asked **** to check security footage and show me the "something or someone" that pulled my camper apart after he repaired it, which he did not do. **** did offer to look at the camper if I brought it back, but his attitude upon being confronted with the issues did not have me inclined to trust him with my camper again.

    The repair was completed and the camper set outside for customer pickup **** ****** retrieved and a day an a half calls and says that we did not fix it and I explained to him me and my tech ***** did in fact fix it and doubled checked to repair. I asked Mr. ****** to bring the camper back so I could inspect what he was saying. Mr. ****** supplied pictures, and I explained to him I need to see the camper and that if we did something incorrect, I would fix it at my cost at my shop he refused to allow me to make repair. at that point I have nothing to say. I believe that Mr. ****** did damage to his camper and is seeking for me to refund his money after he broke the repaired part. I will have no more business dealings with Mr. ****** and please tell him to NOT TO STEP ON MY BUSSINESS PROPERTY. he has threatened me and my staff with bodily harm.

    I would like to make it known that I did not, and will not, threaten this business owner or his staff with bodily harm, property damage, or any other type of threat. All of our communication is digital aside from two short phone calls and I can I prove this.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business owner is not being truthful. I have record of timelines and all communications and can prove that I did not tamper with the work done or threaten bodily harm to anyone, ever.

    On the 30th of July 2025 I contacted Mikes Mobile RV Company with reference to a faulty AC unit, It was arranged that I would visit the facility on the 31st to have the unit diagnosed. Upon completion of the diagnosis it was determined that the unit would need to be replaced. I have an extended warranty however, the owner indicated that it would be a lengthy process and would be quicker for me to pay for the unit and submit my claim after the repair was finalized. I agreed to this and the unit was ordered and installed on the following day of 01 August 2025 Upon completion I texted the owner my warranty identification number and the contact number for Good ***, On the 15th of August I inquired with my warranty company as to the status of my claim and they informed me that no claim had been submitted. I contacted the business and he said he had called and that someone there must be playing games, I have utilized this company for several other issues and I know that anytime an inquiry is made of an account the date and purpose of the call is ALWAYS documented, He indicated on this day he would follow up Today ,the 25th of August I made an additional inquiry with Good *** and at this point there has been no contact made by the repair company. I tried calling them and got no answer so sent a text asking them to contact me and there has been no contact by them, If I would have known that they would not follow up with my warranty company I certainly would not have made arrangements for them to conduct any business with me If the business does not fulfill obligation to contact the warranty company I would proceed to collect funds from the business due to misrepresentation of services

    Mikes mobile rv informed Mr ****** that he would need to contact his warranty company and *** ***** APPROVAL for any warranty work he would like to get coverage for. Then his warranty company would reach out to Mikes Mobile rv for diagnosis of the Ac unit. Mr ****** did not get ***** approval  my best guess because his warranty company never contacted us. We would be glad to provide the paperwork to the warranty company, but we will not be calling them based on this complaint. the invoice is what he must get approved by warranty company

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The business indicated that prior approval would be lengthy and due to time restraints he would complete requested work and follow up with warranty immediately following for which on same day of install he was provided with warranty information.  All the business needs to do is contact the warranty company for which they have the information and start the process  The company certainly lacks any regard for what they indicate they will do and follow up for the procedures.
