    Very kind and professional, he would always be here when he said he would be and if he was running a little late, he would call and let us know and tell us about a time he would be arriving. He also made phone calls to find other businesses or professionals to help or do things that were not his field of expertise and seeing we are on a fixed income, he was always fair and would make sure anyone else didn't overcharge us either. He also does work for the WARM program, and he did the work for us through them, and even though we weren't paying out of pocket and using a government funded program, he did a great job and didnt "half ass" anything just to get in here, do his job and get out, he treated us very well and explained in detail to us, everything that he did, why he did it, and how it would help us in the short and long run. I would definitely refer him to friends, family, or anyone with problems in there house with weatherizing. He also gave us a lot of hints and tips to keep our utility bills down, which is always helpful and great to know. Very reasonable and reliable. Also free estimates, so give them a call before the snow comes our way!
