    We hired Bridge City for a large/expensive project, which turned into a nightmarefinancially, structurally, and legally. The project was left substantially incomplete, and they caused tens of thousands of dollars in damages to our property. Among the most serious issues:Unlicensed electrical work: used an unlicensed electrician, resulting in many code violations, including buried live junction boxes under pavers near a pool, posing a serious electrocution hazard. These dangerous installations had to be identified and redone by licensed professionals. Extensive property damage: destroyed our pool liner/floor and LED lighting, and sprinkler system beyond repair. Professionals who evaluated the aftermath stated they had never seen such negligence in decades of experience.Poor workmanship throughout: basic tasks were performed incorrectly. Fans were installed backward, many items had to be completely redone or redone multiple times due to poor quality or shortcuts.Lack of accountability: Owner **** ****** stopped responding to all communication once issues were raised. The only time he answered a call was when I used a number he didnt recognize. Despite multiple promises to resolve the problems, nothing was addressed, and we were left to deal with the aftermath.Possible inspection fraud: We discovered evidence suggesting that an inspection sticker may have been falsified, which led to serious repercussions for a local inspector.Privacy violations: Shared private details about past clients and legal settlementsa shocking breach of confidentiality and professionalism.They appeared friendly and responsive early on, that changed when remediation or accountability became necessary. Their pattern of behaviorincluding cutting corners, causing damage, failing to complete work, and avoiding responsibilityis not only unprofessional but dangerous. We are now working with multiple specialists to correct their mistakes at great personal cost.
