- Within 30 days of the order date, if you would like to exchange or return an unused and unlit candle for any reason, please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to us via FedEx or insured mail to the address below. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. Upon receipt of your package, we will promptly refund your money (minus shipping charges) or send you another item of your choice. Candles that have been lit and burned will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
