390 Auto Group of Cresco, PA gave me the worst consumer experience of my life. I am 68 years old. I've had a lot of experience. When I bought a car from them in Oct.2022, the salesperson assured me the vehicle had 3rd row seating, some light surface rust on the frame and would be delivered inspected. None of this was true. They claimed their mechanic didn't show up for work so they sent me to a garage that would inspect it on their behalf. The garage said it was not inspectable because of rusted frame and rocker panels. Another mechanic I took the vehicle to said there was a leaking exhaust manifold that could cause illness or fatality because of carbon monoxide getting into the passenger area. To get the vehicle roadworthy Elias( owner of 390) told me to have my mechanic fix it and he would pay for it. The manifold job is labor intense and the least it would cost to repair is $500. So, Elias wanted to give me a check as REIMBURSEMENT for the repair. That implies he wants me to pay for it and get REIMBURSED. I refused a check and am currently trying to confirm the transaction will take place between
him and the repair shop and not put me in the middle. I took it to my mechanic. It is now Feb. 2023 and the vehicle is still not complete. Elias will not sign anything to confirm his statements of cooperation. He doesn't answer phone calls and has delayed resolving this for that reason. I only got any cooperation from him by filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office of the Consumer Protection Agency. This dealer has no business ethics, and believes he has done all he could for me as a consumer. Looking for a used car? Pass this place and don't look back. They are bad business!

I purchased a BMW Wagon and couldn’t be happier. I purchased from out of state where they were more than helpful and accommodating. They made sure my car was in good condition and did FaceTime video for a walk around and test drive.
