    I have been a member of planet fitness in ****************** ************ now since July. I have spoken to the manager about this numerous times with no satisfaction, and have called the corporate office and have received nothing but the standard will get back to you. The front desk is maintained by multiple people who stand in a huddle and dont speak to you at all. When I first joined up I went to the desk told him I was a new member asked if I needed a fob card to scan and they said no and that was it. I was an offer to tour nothing this past weekend there were two members standing at the front desk, young men. One of them had a barbell with weights loaded on it, and he was tossing it between his hands while having his foot on one of the weights the other one had a free weight and was playing around with that third member had kettle bells and he was walking with the kettle bells in between all the equipment. Im not sure if he was trying to do lunges or what but it was distracting. Still another gentleman was there and Ive complained about him multiple times that he gets on business phone calls very loudly and happens to always be near me. When I sent the message in the general manager, **** called I wasnt able to pick up the phone that was at work so I called him back. The person that answered the phone did say planet fitness did not identify themselves. I asked for **** and the response I got was yeah. Not this is **** or even speaking. I went through the issues. I said I even took a photo from behind of the three people at the front desk with the weights he was more upset that I took a photo in the *** then the situation going on his response to all of my complaints were get a staff member. Well, I did get a staff member and nothing was done. I think this is a safety issue. I think the professionalism is subpar in the 20+ times that Ive been there Ive been greeted once and staff is huddled up, paying no attention to safety in fractions going on every day
