    Ive lived here for 2 years and it has not been the best. The property management is rude, **** literally yelled at me the very first day I moved in. I dont think you should be yelling at someone that is handing you 3k. They never know what theyre doing, I had to complain multiple times about my washer before theyd give me a new one. It shouldnt have destroyed my belongings multiple times for them to give me a new one. *********** company they hire does a bad job always missing spots and not to mention this month they havent been here in 2 weeks. The hallways are always disgusting and they put these nasty are freshness out there to mask the smell of dog p*** and pee and gives you an absolute migraine. Ive had maggots twice on my patio and the second time they completely ignored my maintenance request. They installed a ceiling fan for me and now refusing to uninstall it leaving me to do it whos not a professional or an insured contractor. Refusing to email me back Ive asked 3 times now for my ceiling cover- Ive yet to get it or get an email back about it. I will be taking videos of every little thing because they dont like me and will retaliate like they did with kicking me out and they wont be charging me for normal wear and tear. The pool chairs that I told them were broke and asked about new ones yea they said to bring my own yet 2 girls just fell through a chair the other day and a table umbrella blew up and into the pool almost hitting someone in the head. They keep asking for a law suit against them. But if you annoy them about stuff theyll raise your rent or kick you out. The rent increase I would love to see where that goes as they do no improvements whatsoever or even like to replace stuff that breaks.
