    This is a yearly membership that is contractually binding, but honestly, it's just a kids' park. It lacks flexibility, which feels like a way to ******* people out of their hard-earned money each month. It's disappointing that businesses can operate this way without providing an exit option. I wouldn't even give them one star. The customer service is terrible, and no one responds to emails. I strongly advise against purchasing the membership.

    Unprofessional customer service will keep charging your credit card even after you send them a membership cancelation email.If I can go lower than one star,Customer service persons named *********************** requested membership cancelation in May 2024.They didn't cancel until I requested again in July 2024.And kept charging the monthly membership regardless and refused to refund it back.
