  I purchased a dell power supply from this company on ebay, ***** ***************** In the listing it clearly stated that the power supply was new. Ebay defines new as "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.". I received a power supply that has obviously been used, there are wear marks on the connectors, as well as the springs on the top and dents in the case. Furthermore, it cam in a zip lock back. This power supply is **NOT** new as described. Further hidden in the listing it states "Description: New Dell server 495 watt power supply. This item was pulled from a new server or is old stock.". If it is pulled from a server, then it by definition is USED, and *NOT* new as described by ebays terms of what new is. I need this company to overnight me what I paid for and have this CLEARLY used power supply picked up. They clearly are defrauding people by using incorrect listing description ebay. I simply want what I paid for, and that is a NEW power supply, NOT one that is USED as they sent me. I will accept NO other response other than they are overnighting me the NEW power supply and the tracking number. All other responses will be rejected.

  Hi!  Sorry for any inconvenience that this caused.  The item is in seller refurbished condition and that is the information that we are pushing out to Ebay.  This is also a very old listing that needed some updating.  We figured out the issue as to why this is not displaying correctly and fixed this.  You have already been given a prepaid shipping label over the weekend to send this back for a full refund.  We cannot provide the item in the condition that you are requesting.  Sorry again for this mistake.

  advertising a item as "NEW" when it is NOT new but used, is FRAUD and since the package was sent through USPS, it is also MAIL FRAUD, and a report has been made and a investigation started regarding your FRAUD.

   

  you listed this as NEW, and NEW is what I expect to receive. since you refuse to provide what you listed in your ebay sales listing, I am rejecting this response.

   

  I may note that a quick internet search regarding your company shows numerous complaints for the same thing, advertising items as new, but sending people used merchandise.

  their initial response that I had be refunded, was a outright lie, only when i confronted about this, did they finally refund my money, and it was not until the next day.

   

  this company has a track record of lies to the customer, about the condition, and about refunds.
