    Helios installed our solar system over 2 months late and then installed faulty equipment that doesn't operate and refuse to fix their install even though it is their responsibility to have the system that installed operating. This system cost over ****** dollars

    Good afternoon. Your system is currently moving through the standard activation process. The electrical inspection is scheduled for this Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. After the inspection is completed, the finalized form will be submitted to the electric company. The utility typically takes 2030 business days to review and ***** permission to operate. Once approval is received, we will promptly reach out to schedule your systems activation. Please rest assured, there are no issues with your systemit simply cannot be turned on until all necessary approvals are received. We are actively working to complete this process as swiftly as possible.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I want to first thank you for initiating this claim.   I have a list of details about this business transaction that could keep you reading for quite some time.   First their surveyor threatened me physically the last time he was here which I have the video of on my ring camera.   I was assured by their sales man I would never have to deal with him again,  which they actually were truthful about that.   
    The system was installed weeks ago and the hardware problem has been known since then and every time they are called to find out when they are going to fix it they tell me a person will be out on such and such a date and never shows do I continue to have a solar system installed on my property that isn't functional.   Yesterday they were supposed to be out and never showed up once again.   Their reply was the problem was fixed remotely which there was no way that happened.  One the system isn't on line to be reached remotely and hardware being faulty can not be repaired remotely.  The electrician showed me the part that they need to replace and that can't be done with no one actually physically coming out to do it. 

    This has been a horrific experience working with Helios and I can't see a resolution any where in sight.
