      I have worked with ServiceLink for over 10 years with multiple closings which were primarily REO. These closings are often very complex and require a great deal of communication and expertise. Servicelink has, without fail, risen to the occasion and met or exceeded all expectations. Recent closers, ******* ****** and **** ********* worked through issues, kept in close contact, always responded quickly, knowledgeably, and professionally to all requests. Keep up the good work !

      Worst company in the business and reviews of appraisal work don't match industry standards

      Continue to litter our home with flyers and stickers on our windows. Have harassed our rental tenants and tell them the house is in default and should look to move.

      We signed contract to have check sent to credit card vendor and they sent me the check. I just want to be reimbursed the money I spending and the contract states *********** would send.

      One star doesn't do justice. I've had the worst experience working with ServiceLink. They were not helpful at all, very disrespectful, and I had a horrible time working with *********************************. He was very threatening and unprofessional. This was my first time working with ServiceLink and I don't plan on working with them ever again. When trying to purchase a property, ******* made it extremely difficult. I eventually gave up because it was such a headache. Do not recommend.

      Worse signing company to work for. They encourage bidding wars to encourage notary signing agents to work for less in order to win the signings. So the title companies pay ******************* (Service Link) for the signing and Service Link keeps between 40% and 60% of the fee and the person doing the work doesnt realize they are likely working for less than minimum wage.

      This company is truly unresponsive. As a lender, I work with countless title companies, and never have I encountered one that is quite so difficult to get ahold of. No one answers their phones, no one returns phone calls, and emails take days to be answered. We have been trying to get answers on what is holding up a clear title a week, and haven't got any answer - this time is not waiting for title to be cleared, just to find out why it isn't clear. This is completely ridiculous and I cannot express enough how I would advise using literally any other title company.
