I received 2 subrogation letters from SubroIQ one claiming I was in an accident with my car and the other stating property damage. Both claims had the same client name (auto owners group),same accident date (6/2/24), same claim # (300-0461846-2024), same claim amount ($1710.32), and the same IQ Number (1Q01217046) the also had the same date of April 10, 2025. The first thing I did when I received the letter was call our insurance company that stated there were no claims against us. Our insurance company did look up the claim number and told us that it was a property damage issue because our pipes bursted and and ruined the apartment below us. He then proceeded to ask our apartment number. When I told him we live in a single family home he was confused. He then gave me the number of a man associated with this claim at ****************** his name was Aakai ***************). He stated the same as our insurance, that it was a water pipe burst damage. I again stated that we did not live in an apartment or rent one out. He told me he was going to call SubroIQ and tell them they are pursuing the wrong people. I asked if he would call back and he stated no why, Ill take care of it. I thought was unusual. So later I went on the internet and looked up SubroIQ and used that number, NOT the one in the letters that were sent ***************). The girl I spoke to also said this was a property damage claim. When I asked why we got both a car accident claim and property damage claim she said sometimes that happens? It sounded strange to me. Then she proceed to tell me that it was probably an accident because they type in names and the produce names that are similar. My husbands name is ****** ******** I highly doubt a computer thought this was similar to any other name. I told her I was worried this claim , if not resolved, would hurt our credit and also the letter that was sent saying we were involved in an accident stated they would suspend my husbands license. Help concerned

On April 16th around 2:30pm I received a phone call from a ****** ************** saying he is with subroIQ insurance. I was given minimal information but was told that from a car accident I was in I am responsible for paying for the damages to the other persons vehicle. He demanded money over the phone I said I'm not paying and hung up. I had been given no paperwork or proof stating the claim against me or the damages they claim I caused and the money I owe. He called right back after I hung up and I told him I was not paying him so he started yelling at me so I hung up. He also stated they record all of thier phone calls. Then on April 21 at 2:25pm ****** called again under the same number as subroIQ stating that since I wasn't compliant he threatened me coercively and said he was sending a letter into the state to revoke my license. I just let him talk and hung up the phone. Now today on April 29 I received 2 letters in the mail one letter from subroIQ with my claim and amount they say I owe in damages. The other letter from Kansas driver solutions division of vehicles stating a warning of possible suspension of my license if I don't provide an SR22 and a $100 fee. So then today April 29 at 7:00am I called subroIQ office number ************** and talked with a representative. They stated false information of damages that are not on the police report that they are stating they have the police report when they don't. When I tried asking for proof of the damages they are falsely claiming they kept talking over me and just saying I am responsible with coercion and had no consideration for my concerns. I would like an investigation conducted for extortion, predatory sales practices, and telemarketing fraud. Because I literally have a letter from division of vehicles to suspend my license because of this fraudulent business practice. Thier recorded phone calls will prove all these allegations. Ill provide the actual police report for what damages were caused stated V2.

I have a debt collection from SubroIQ. The person who handles my account, ****** ****, is INCREDIBLY difficult to communicate with. She has hung up on me on several occasions and is volitile. I had to ask MANY times for her manager. When I finally got to speak with ***** and told ***** of my complaint, ***** refused to assist me. She accused me of breaking the law, implying I deserved my treatment. I had to ask many times, before she said she would address it. Again, after much pleading, I was only given the toll free number, so I wont have to speak to ****** if I have questions. I just want a new account manager!! I dont feel my account will be safely controlled by someone that feels so negatively about me.
