Customer has never reached out to us with any concerns or issues. Customer received OEM parts during the ********************** process, despite us only being paid for aftermarket parts by her insurance. Customer also had had us special order tires on her behalf, but never returned to pay us for the same.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The car repair was $10,000 in total so they should have used nothing that have to do with aftermarket parts. I did have them order a set of two tires for me and when they contacted me I was out of town but since then I did not go pick up the tires because of the condition of my car. The engine stalls and stutters the fan comes on at random times it runs hot continuously my backup camera is not working these are all things that should have been repaired I also had to pay for new brakes on the front of the car which should have been replaced because it was a front end crash I also had to pay for a mechanic to reinspect the car to tell me the work that is still needing done. If they do not want to agree to repair my vehicle correctly I will file a lemon lawsuit or whatever suit that I can against them

Customer is welcome to bring the vehicle back to review any concerns. Brakes and the rear camera would have nothing to do with the repairs the insurance company authorized. Customer has never raised any concerns or issues with us at any time, in fact she previously told us how happy she was. She should cease and desist from making any false allegations against my business interests so that she doesn't find herself on the wrong side of a lawsuit. All repairs authorized by the insurance company were properly performed
