      Im unsure if I made a complaint here or on the corporate page of allied, but I'm very very very disappointed in this employee's behavior. He would make false statements when I would be at the location he was stationed, and I made a complaint. I came to a different location same retailer hoping I wouldn't see him. As I'm coming out of the shampoo aisle after being there for only five minutes behold here is the security guard looking at me in a mocking manner. Upon leaving he blatantly stared at me, and I'm not one to be quiet. I told him your making me uncomfortable, you dont have to look at me like that. You followed me all the way over a few aisles to throw in my face that I didn't get him fired. It wasn't my intention to get him fired. I wanted the issue addressed and the behavior to be more professional and proper. I don't understand why he continues to act in a very in my own opinion childish way. And state he's a supervisor and I can make a complaint again. I never did anything to him verbally or physically before this so this attention and disrespect I'm receiving is unwarranted. I just want to be respected and if I'm doing anything wrong let the proper channel handle what they need to handle and until its his turn to step in, I dont believe anyone should be discriminated against, or humiliated for no reason. I'm just one truly upset individual and I thought these types of companies were there for a feeling of security but all I feel is insecure.

      on March 27th of 2025 I reached out to the Hr team for a service and they have yet to get back to me. They waited days to respond, not only they dont provide a number to call they disconnected and its only via email. The email that they use didnt even provide a signature at the bottom so my gmail thought i was emailing a scam email and i thought so too! very unprofessional and unorganized. I went to there location at ******************** and i got turned away and they told me to contact the same email

      ********************** has put negative feedback on our business credit report and violated numerous FDCPA laws. They are servicing their client Allied Universal without any proof or supporting documents. We are **************************************** We have NEVER had a contract with Allied Universal. We used to manage ****************** CONDO and we were terminated on May 31 2023. ****************** Condo and their new managing agent-*************, incurred debt of $10941.00 and later paid it off in Oct 2023. We have proof from ******* ******** a branch manager from Allied Universal that the debt was paid off. In any regards, Altus refuses to remove their negative feedback from our credit report. We were referred to your agency by the *****************************. Altus attorney refuses to return our calls and emails. They claim they do not know how to remove negative feedback.

When we arrived at approximately 2:00 a.m. in the morning, your male security guard either wanted ME to leave my bags at the front and/or search my **** bags as soon as I entered the store as if I was a Thief Or Something! I Definitely Refused Since I Am A Legitimate Customer!       At 9am thurs I'm walking towards doors of office. Your employee shows up yelling at my wife and I to vacate the premises. We did nothing wrong and it is business hours. Told my wife over and again to leave premises. We explained we had an appointment and have never been here before. At worst all we did was ring the doorbell on the door. He would not let us explain anything and would not answer any of our questions. He had the wrong suite 100 and the correct one was right behind us. His behavior and demeanor was threatening and in called for. You need to rectify this situation with a phone call to my wife with an apology. His liscense plate is *******. A police report is forthcoming. I am lodging a complaint with this plazas directors and anyone else I can think of. I will find a way to pursue this OR you can call and apologize. There are a lot of avenues we can walk down. Social media to name one. OR you can reprimand your employee AND contact us for an apology. His threatening and making us feel like criminals shook my wife who already has social anxiety and was only coming here for a doctor appointment. Come on. Do the right thing.

      I was with my daughter to have an IV put in because her port was not working. She was told to come to building ****. This is our first visit. I had a pink pepper spray attached to my keyring. We were told that it couldn't come in the building. We asked if he could keep it until her appointment was over. The ***** male associate that works with Allied Universal said that we either had to take it back to the car or give it to him. We gave it to him. We got to customer service and discovered we were at the wrong building. We had to go move our vehicle. I asked for my pepperspray back. The same associate said no cause he had already destroyed it. I said, "You know you haven't destroyed it. You just want it cause it's cute." He said, "Sure you are right and there's nothing you can do about it!" I think his remark was so unprofessional." No, I shouldn't have said anything but I was representing me. He was representing Allied Universal. I went up to another male associate in imaging and asked how do I get in touch with head of this company. He replied he didn't know! That's just sad!!.

      Universal sent a letter offering health insurance. It included all of my information, including my SS#. First of all, I've never worked for them Secondly, to send a SS# in the mail is terribly wrong, a possible breach of identity (theft). I want future mailings canceled and to have all of my information removed from their system(s).

      There's a 401k established by my brother who passed. My mother who is the beneficiary, also passed. I'm the contingent beneficiary selected by my brother. Made contact with ******* ********** and they sent me a NOD form (Notice of Death) to fill out and I did complete it and send on about of 4/2022 to an address on the form in Kansas City as I was instructed by ******* **********. On 6/2022 they said to me over the phone that NOD is at Benefit Dept waiting for approval and signature. On 8/2022 I could get a hold of a representative. I finally talked to a representative of ******** ***. They inform me that they're not processing my claim of NOD. They referred my to Mr Brett F******* of ALLIED UNIVERSAL. After numurous and repeated calls/messages and emails, none of its was returned. With my luck Mr. F******* answered my call. He instructed me to re-send the NOD to Lissa S**** on about 8/2022. I scan the NOD over to her and she acknowledged my emailing me back with the word "recieved" On late 9/2022 to 10/2022 i made several emails and call/messages, there's was no return to my inquiry. I was asking for any information to my NOD application to the 401k status. My inquiry is being ignored by this company. It's been a long time since I filed my initial application. I am seeking compensation due to their neglect that cause tremendous delay on their part, and the value of the 401k has greatly deminished. I woudl be greatly appreciative if BBB can mitigated and solved my issues with Allied Universal. I also want to add that from my brief conversasion to ******* ********** that this 401k was handled by several company such as; **** ******, ******* **********, and ALLIED UNIVERSAL. I think this account was acquired by this company without me being formaly notified. This made it dificult for me without any answers to the status of my NOD application.
