1 starVery Disappointed in my mortgage holder selecting Spring EQ as their HCLOC option. I gave it a shot believing in my mortgage holder. Person, I spoke with came off as a bit sketchy (especially because I was expecting a banking professional not someone working from home with all of their person stuff going on in the background as I am being asked for ss #). Not sure if it is how this company does things or just the person, I spoke with choosing to do so, but just being pushed into having your credit ran with NO explanation of ANYTHING without me forcing detailed information from them.... Also, being told I HAVE TO take out a minimum of $xxx isn't normal with any banking situation. Also, the run around of answers to my questions let me know right away that I was going to get royally screwed over in the end of this. I have seen good & bad reviews on this company. I'm sure not all will/has had the same experience as myself but I do recommend sticking to your local bank (that you CAN walk into) to do a HLOC with and not these people!
