      Worst experience ever! lack of communication unable to reach them EVER never replying to my emails, phone calls, just awful. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They changed my loan disclosures without discussing with me first which I did not agree. If you try to reach them it's impossible and they give you bunch of excuses why they are not available. ***** ***** that I delt with was the worse no communication whatsoever. Overall, the entire company needs to look at the employees and see why communication is so awful. The stress and frustration I delt with each day is not worth it. Just note at the beginning they are super sweet that's how they get you to apply especially ******* but after that they are *** completely. Please read the bad reviews too I ignored them and only concentrated on good reviews and that was the biggest mistake and aggravation with this awful company.

      I would not recommend Spring EQ as a lender since they gave me false information then avoided contacting me when they realized they made an error. I wanted to refinance a HELOC at a lower rate which they said I could do after 3 payments, then it turned into 6 months per state guidelines, which is false, then it turned into 2 years and now they aren't getting back to me. Loan officer claims didn't know there were state guideline, which there isn't per an attorney consult I had. Don't trust this company!

      Hi, I applied for equity loan, and it took more than 2 months after asking tons of documents and not giving a proper answer to my questions. and impossible to reach them over the phone. And they rejected me with a stupid reason after fulfilling everything that they asked. I understood that they are not looking after a proper investigation but looking after if I am profitable for them.
