5 starsLighthouse Life is an extraordinary company from beginning to end. I had an exceptional experiences with each of them in selling my 10 year old term policy. ****** gave me a warm welcome and answered each one of my many questions. ***** and her team( ******) oversaw every bit of necessary paperwork with the process of selling, converting and finalizing the acquisition of my settlement. My time with Lighthouse was unusually challenging due to unforeseen obstacles by my life insurance provider who was more than incompetent. ***** and ****** always participated in many third party phone calls to accelerate my situation which took 6 months. I don't know what I would have done without them. I also am thankful to ****************** and ****** for their guidance. 5 starsAlthough I did not qualify for the service, Rachel, the account manager I work with, was professional, informative, pleasant and thorough. I am confident I received full consideration, but my situation just did not quality for their services.
