    We purchased a pool 2 yrs ago,this April I noticed a couple broken bases on our legs that support our above ground pool,I loved the fact that they say it has a 25yr warranty, so we contacted them April 7th about the problem,they said send us pictures, so we did,then we heard nothing, called the store several times and they said to contact the warranty place,so I did,and nothing!...called the manager he stated getting the parts for your pool isn't the problem it's trying to figure out a way to fix it without dismantling it,and he would get back to us ,we'll he never did,then they said to contact there pool installers,so we did and still.nothing,it is now July 8th and still nothing, horrible customer service, horrible warranty,how can you advertise 25yr warranty and then not stand behind it.I feel they may give us no other option than to take legal actions if this doesn't get resolved.
