    I contracted with Brandon Hoffman Concrete to provide an exposed aggregate concrete patio and sidewalk totaling ***** sq ft on our brand new home. I paid him a deposit of $5,000 to start. I asked him to wrap the house in plastic including the front door (this is a brand new house) so that the concrete would not splash/adhere when he was hosing it off. He said he would do that. He poured the concrete on 5/12/25, didn't have the necessary supplies so borrowed our lumber to complete the forms (which he didn't pay for or deduct from our bill). He finished the job well after 9pm so we really couldn't see the finished product as it was dark. He returned the following day to roll on the sealant. Since it was wet I couldn't walk on the patio/sidewalk to take a close look at the finished job. The next day when it was dry, there were areas missed by the sealant (which he left the container for us to apply - I thought that's what I was paying him for). There were divots in the concrete, red marker lines and to my horror, concrete sprayed over the bottom portion of the siding and the front door. He did not use plastic wrap as he said he would. He has said repeatedly that he will return to 'take care of the mess'. He repeatedly cancels or doesn't notify me if/when he is coming. I want him to clean the concrete off of my house/door and apply the sealant to the parts that he missed. I'm very disappointed in his work. We paid him the remainder of $6,619.23 on the day that he was sealing. If he can't remove the concrete, then he should replace the front door and the siding that was damaged.

    I just wanted to follow up on my BBB complaint for Brandon Hoffman Concrete. He did resolve the issue and I am satisfied with the job.  He returned to the house, removed all of the concrete on the door and the siding and resealed the areas.  He was very cooperative and resolved the problem.
